Do I need a rental car?
Kanab is a small town and having a car makes it much easier to get around and explore. However, for all wedding events, we will have transportation provided.
What’s the weather like?
Kanab is high desert—warm days, cool evenings. Plan for sun and bring a layer for nighttime.
What should I wear?
We'll be dressed up, but please wear whatever you feel comfortable in for all wedding events. "Party Shirts" - the Peeks' term for Hawaiian shirts- are highly encouraged. The entire wedding day will be on grass, so comfortable shoes are a must! Cowboy boots suggested.
Is the ceremony outdoors?
Yes—expect partial sun, incredible red rock views, and a breeze. The whole venue should be shaded during the ceremony and reception. Once the sun sets, it will get a little chilly, so make sure to bring an extra layer - or just dance a little harder.
Will transportation be provided to the venue?
Yes, shuttles will pick up from the Roadhouse + Mercantile, as well as from the RV sites. If you are staying anywhere else, please find a way to one of these locations to be picked up by the shuttle. There is no parking at the venue, so please plan to take a shuttle.
Are there vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options?
Yes! Please note your dietary needs in your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
Are kids invited?
Yes, kids are welcome!
Are pets invited?
While pets are definitely welcome at the hotel, we ask that you leave them there for the ceremony and reception.
Can I bring a +1?
Please refer to your invitation. If your envelope lists a guest, you’re welcome to bring them.
Is cell service good?
In town, yes. The drive from the airports has spots with no service, so plan your maps accordingly! The venue has no service, but there is free wifi!
